  • Chest: around the widest part, just behind the front legs.
  • Neck: around the base of the neck, where a collar sits.
  • Back: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
  • Between two sizes? Go up. A little room looks better than an outfit that pulls.

  • What’s the difference between the Suit and the Dress?
    The Santa Suit is a jacket with a black belt and gold buckle, red trousers and a pom-pom hat. The Santa Dress is a button-front dress with a fluffy white collar, a ruffled skirt and a black sash. Both are red, both come in S, M and L.
  • How do I pick the size?
    Measure their chest, neck and back (the size guide shows where), then email us the three numbers if you’re unsure: we’ll match them to the maker’s chart. Between two sizes, go up.
  • Mine hates clothes. Will this work?
    Some take to it, some need a few short tries with treats. Start with a minute or two, and leave the hat off if it’s one thing too many. If it’s a firm no, you have 30 days to send it back unworn.
  • How do the bundles work?
    Two or three outfits cost less each: the saving is on each card, and it comes off at checkout. Every outfit in a bundle is the style and size you picked; for a mix, add each one to your cart and the saving still counts them all.
  • Will it arrive before Christmas?
    We take 2–4 business days to pack, then 5–12 days on the road. Order by the date in the bar at the top and it should reach a US address in time.
  • Is it safe to leave on?
    Please stay close while they wear it. Take it off before naps, rough play, or any time you are not watching, and keep the buttons and buckle away from chewing.
  • Can I return or exchange it?
    Yes. You have 30 days to return or swap an unworn outfit, and the return label is on us.
