Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars and include no taxes unless stated at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we dispatch it, and we may decline it — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock or we spot a pricing error. If we decline, we refund you in full.

Product photographs are representative. Colours can vary between screens.

Using a dog life jacket safely

A dog life jacket is a buoyancy aid, not a lifesaving device, and it is not a substitute for supervision. Never leave a dog unattended in or near water, even wearing one.

Check the fit before every use and inspect the jacket, straps and buckles for wear. Stop using it if anything is damaged.

Choose the size from the size chart using your dog's measurements, not their breed or weight alone.

Liability

We're responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses we couldn't have foreseen.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
